Bauhaus
Collection.

The Bauhaus movement's founding principle — that art and craft should serve everyday life — remains radical more than a century later. Our Bauhaus edit brings together pieces defined by geometric clarity, honest materials, and a refusal to separate beauty from purpose.

Articulated Brass Task Lamp
1930s BauhausBauhaus

Articulated Brass Task Lamp

Few objects in the home office carry as much design authority as the articulated task lamp — and this brass interpretation earns its place on any desk. Channeling the rational beauty of Bauhaus workshop design, the lamp features two independent arm joints with spring-loaded tension, allowing infinite repositioning from a tight 20 cm reach to a full 60 cm extension. The conical shade, spun from solid brass and polished to a warm satin finish, delivers a focused reading beam while contributing to the room's ambient warmth when reflected off a wall. The G9 LED bulb socket accepts standard replacements; a 2700K warm white bulb is included. Available in three base configurations: standard desk clamp (fits surfaces up to 55 mm thick), bolt-through desk mount, and a weighted desktop stand. The weighted stand version doubles as a side table accent in a reading nook. Cord length 180 cm with an in-line dimmer.

Bentwood Dining Chair in Steam-Bent Beech
1930s BauhausBauhaus

Bentwood Dining Chair in Steam-Bent Beech

With a Bauhaus-inspired silhouette that has been refined over generations, this bentwood dining chair distils one of design history's most durable propositions: that the most elegant form is the one with nothing left to remove. The frame is crafted from steam-bent beech — a process that makes the wood pliable without weakening the grain — and assembled with traditional mortise-and-tenon joints for longevity. The slightly curved backrest follows the natural line of the spine, making extended dinner conversations genuinely comfortable. The woven cane seat adds a layer of artisanal warmth that lightens the overall form. Supplied in natural beech with a matte lacquer seal; also available in stained walnut and black ebonised finish. Sold individually or as sets of two, four, or six. Stackable up to four high for storage. Maximum load 120 kg. Pairs beautifully with the Round Walnut Dining Table and the Oak & Bouclé Dining Bench.

Bauhaus-Spirit Steel & Oak Writing Desk
1930s BauhausBauhaus

Bauhaus-Spirit Steel & Oak Writing Desk

With a Bauhaus-inspired silhouette that places material honesty above all else, this writing desk in cold-rolled steel and solid white oak is a workspace for sustained, focused thinking. The frame is constructed from 30 x 30 mm square steel tube, powder-coated in matte black and welded at the joints with no attempt to conceal the construction — the structure is the aesthetic. The top is a single piece of solid white oak, 28 mm thick, lightly oiled and left with its live-edge ends for a counterpoint of organic warmth. A fixed modesty panel on the right side mounts a cable management strip. The desk is sized for dual monitors or a large drawing surface: 140 cm wide and 65 cm deep, with a leg clearance of 68 cm to accommodate any chair. An optional add-on drawer unit slides onto the lower frame rail. No assembly required — arrives fully built and protected by a bespoke foam packaging system.
